I certainly felt a lot better in myself and very positive about the experiences shared at RECLAIMING FIRST RITES, and the warmth and love shown by everyone. However, the
following weekend I nosedived into the blues. I was inclined to feel as though I had not made any progress. I very soon realised that this was not the case. My reflections on my life in the past were often very general and vague. I was being much more specific, and 'owning' my thoughts and feelings as I was talking about them. FATHERING DAUGHTERS

I’ve never seen this type of course offered before. Definitely of interest to all fathers. It opened new windows of thought. This program is the only way to get men to take stock of what they are doing and be either proud of it or fix it before it’s too late.

Learning about daughters from a woman was great and also learning from a crowd of other men. It was good to learn about women. Not an exact science. Hearing other men’s stories is helpful. Amrita does not deliver in lecture format – that was new.
