An Initiation into womanhood

This workshop is powerful; providing a retrieval at a soul level of things not given and received as we grew up.

RECLAIMING FIRST RITES:
* gives you a chance to reclaim lost parts of yourself,
* helps reframe past experiences and reclaim lost power,
* allows the fulfilling of unconscious yearnings from childhood and puberty.

This in depth program explores communicating with clarity; encouraging each one of us to have what would have served us as we grew up.

This process allows us to reclaim disempowered aspects of our child self. It encourages clear and honest communication. It explores communicating with clarity; encouraging each woman to give to herself what was missed from both of her parents at the time.

It also offers those who are ready an Initiation into womanhood.

This is for five womern only, allowing intimacy and one-to-one attention.

We begin at 9 am and go until VERY late. It is recommended that you have a quiet day the next day.

RECLAIMING THE BODY.

Is a powerful reminder of who we are as embodied beings. It speaks to that part of ourselves that we sometimes ignore.

It offers an honouring ritual and re-sanctifies our personal temple.

RELEASING SHAME is an important part of this series. In particular for women who have been emotionally or physically abused.

The last two workshops are offered to women who have attended both Reclaiming First Rites and Reclaiming Puberty Rites

Traveling to your Community

Amrita is available to run workshops in your area. To make her work possible all over Australia and the World she requires women who are willing to organise groups and programs.

Girls Growing Up! one-day program for mothers and daughters has been welcomed into communities all over the World.

As well as facilitating the workshops, Amrita is available to give lectures and seminars, personalised rituals and individual sessions. She also offers programs in schools.
