PUBERTY RITES FOR WOMAN

Puberty is a gentle blossoming. She, the blossoming girl, is often unprepared for her changes. She is not always celebrated or honoured.

At this time She is called to come into her body. To prepare herself for the Journey into womanhood and move on from childhood.

There is an opening of the physical, psychic and spiritual bodies during puberty, into hormonal cycles that last a lifetime.

Our culture shrouds a woman's bleeding time in shame. She is taught to pretend that nothing is happening.

First of all I LOVE YOU. I want to let you know that your workshop has awakened in me a power. I look at in wonderment.

I thank you for being on Earth and for helping us, women. I am ready to clear the way. My power of manifestation has increased and now I can see many of the things I ask for. Thank you immensely.

RECLAIMING PUBERTY RITES

This workshops is for any woman whatever her puberty story. It is particularly useful if your journey was not celebrated and you were not honoured.

In this workshop we explore any neglect, lack of recognition and the possible resulting emptiness. We also look at recurring patterns.

We seek to heal menstrual taboos with the balm of our love for ourselves and each other. It is time!

Ritual supports us to re-write our Herstory. This allows us to begin again symbolically and spiritually as woman embarking on her Journey.

It is a important to be welcomed, educated and prepared for all of life's changes.

This one-day workshop:

allows the fulfilling of unconscious yearnings from puberty,
helps reframe past experiences and reclaim lost power
is an opportunity to take back that which is rightfully yours
gives an understanding about the power and Mystery of her Cycle
gives the gift of yourself as a cycling and spiritual being back to you.
honours the changes at every phase of womanhood:
Menarche, gathering menstrual wisdom and then significantly at the onset of menopause.
gives you a chance to reclaim lost Puberty Rites.

Reclaiming Puberty Rites is an Initiation into yourself as a cycling woman.

RECLAIMING THE BODY.

Is a powerful reminder of who we are as embodied beings. It speaks to that part of ourselves that we sometimes ignore.

It offers an honouring ritual and re-sanctifies our personal temple.

RELEASING SHAME is an important part of this series. In particular for women who have been emotionally or physically abused.

These workshops are offered to women who have attended both Reclaiming First Rites and Reclaiming Puberty Rites

Amrita is available to run women's workshops in your area. To make her work possible all over Australia and the World she requires women who are willing to organise groups and programs.

Girls Growing Up! one-day program fro mothers and daughters has been welcomed into communities all over the World.

As well as facilitating the workshops, Amrita is available to give lectures and seminars, personalised rituals and individual sessions. She also offers programs in schools.
